We are interested in people after casual work in the corporate sector to join our Work Your Way community to provide regular leave cover for Facility Management roles across our client accounts (well-known brands you will know).

**The Opportunity**:

- This is a part time role - 3 days a week
- Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site
- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors
- Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities
- Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
- Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures
- Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices
- Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes

- Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role
- Is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively
- Is dedicated to a customer centric approach to all tasks
- Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills
- Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve
- Has strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM related software
