**Your new company**
Hays is currently partnered with a state government organisation to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner for an organisation that strives to prevent workplace injuries, illness and fatalities whilst raising the standard of health and safety in all workplaces.

**Your new role**

The People & Culture Business Partner works in partnership with a business area to develop business solutions and to provide high level service consistent with the organisation’s policy, strategy and the business unit needs. The P&C Business Partner provides input into the unit’s projects, business plan and helps integrate policies and initiatives into the business.

The P&C Business Partner is accountable for partnering with the business in collaboration with the People & Culture team to contribute to the wider business agenda and present solutions to leadership that enable success through their people.

**What you'll get in return**
This role offers you an attractive salary of $116,223 plus superannuation and is an initial 12-month assignment with the possibility of an extension and full-time working hours. This company offers a hybrid working environment, discounted gym memberships and boasts a central Geelong CBD location.
