Job Title: Strategic People and Culture Partner As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives in the People and Culture space. This includes leadership development, performance management, culture, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development.The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a business partner in HR, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs. You will possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation capabilities.You will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to management and staff on all people management processes, ER, and other P&C related matters. Additionally, you will provide strategic P&C advice and relevant coaching to lift leadership capabilities and continually improve employee relations processes.A collaborative and flexible approach to work is essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
