The Role

You'll be the trusted partner to leaders across Finance, IT, Legal, and Distribution teams, shaping strategy, building capability, and creating a workplace where people thrive.

  • Build genuine partnerships with leaders to turn big picture goals into people-first outcomes.
  • Lead with curiosity to design smart workforce plans and future-proof teams.
  • Be a voice of optimism and care through change, advising on transformation, engagement, and culture.
  • Help high-performing people grow, move, and thrive through development, feedback, and clear career paths.
  • Bring energy to everyday tasks, ensuring smooth, compliant, and continuously improving people processes.
Experience Required
  • A background in HR with experience partnering with leaders in dynamic organisations is essential.
  • You've supported corporate teams and frontline operations, navigating strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Commercial acumen aligns people initiatives with business impact.
  • Skilled in building trusted partnerships at all levels, with clear communication and genuine care.
  • Confident navigating employee relations, workforce planning, and change, staying compliant under pressure.
