- About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team for 12 months (Maternity Leave). Based in Geelong, you will provide the full range of HR Business Partnership services to the portfolio managers across metropolitan and regional locations. Flexible working arrangements are offered, including time spent in the office and traveling as needed.
The HR Business Partner is a valuable part of the HR team and will work with leaders and managers to develop HR solutions to business needs, deliver HR Business Partner services that support effective workforce management and to build the people management capability of leaders and managers.
Further Responsibilities are below;
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that supports business outcomes
- Deliver a full range of HR services including organisational design and change, workplace culture, talent management, organisation development and employee relations
- Implement HR projects and programs in a nationally consistent, timely and effective manner
Your Experience:
- You will hold relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
- Significant HR Business Partner experience
- You will be comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results
- You will have demonstrated an ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment
- Working knowledge of Workday, CHRIS21 or other HRIS is desirable
- Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues
