The Senior People and Culture Partner plays a critical role in driving business outcomes through people initiatives by providing expert Human Resources (HR) advice and guidance, delivering strategy, partnering the senior leadership team, building capability and managing change.

This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating an environment where every team member can thrive

**Skills & attributes for success in this role**
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and Industrial documents, including Modern Awars and Enterprise Agreements
- Ability to work with a high level of integrity to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and manage full-cycle
resolution investigation, representation and documentation of cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills, people centred approach, ability to influence, negotiate and coach to gain acceptance and
support of ideas, resolve conflict and provide constructive feedback and guidance to assist others;
