**About the Opportunity**

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Bespoke Alexandria is currently seeking a vibrant and professionally presented individual who is eager to kickstart their career in the automotive industry. With super-luxury brands such as Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and McLaren you will need to have exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, and a can-do attitude.

**In this role will you be**:

- Greeting guests in the showroom and on the phone to determine the nature of their visit
- Assisting in carpark management for the Bespoke vehicles
- Representing the brands by collecting and delivering Bespoke vehicles from clients residences
- Manage and maintain our customer lounge
- Assist with our showroom presentation
- Assisting with the day to day operations of the showroom
- Supporting all dealership departments as necessary

- Strong communication skills
- Be a natural people person
- Confidence in dealing with all customer types
- A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- The ability to work as part of a team
- High level attention to detail
- Be driven to perform at the best of your ability
- A current Australian drivers licence
