**Bespoke Alexandria** is a proud member of The Autosports Group, a leading automotive retail group with over 55 dealerships across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and New Zealand. With a dedicated team of approximately 1,800 staff, the group represents some of the world’s most prestigious and luxury automotive brands, delivering exceptional service and expertise to its valued customers.

Right now, we are looking for a **concierge**who is motivated by the same qualities to join our close-knit team in Alexandria.

With super-luxury brands such as Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and McLaren you will need to have exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, and a can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Assisting in carpark management for the Bespoke vehicles
- Managing the archive filing for the Bespoke brands
- Assisting with initial contact and greeting of Bespoke customers when onsite
- Representing the brands by collecting and delivering Bespoke vehicles from clients residences
- Manage and maintain our customer lounge
- Assist with our showroom presentation

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Confidence in dealing with people at all levels
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Competent administration skills
- Impeccable time management
- A full clean drivers license and be an extremely confident driver.
