**Your new company**
Portable Long Service Leave is a state based industry scheme that manages portable long service leave entitlements to make a fairer, more flexible construction industry. Working with both employers and employees, Portable Long Service Leave conduct activities governed by the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1987 (the Act) and ensure employees are aware of their entitlements, while employers are subsequently meeting their obligations.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will interact with internal stakeholders (field officers, finance and administration) and external industry clients to resolve enquiries, process registrations, carry out audits, and maintain legislative requirements associated with the Act. This will involve connecting with employers and providing guidance, reviewing and determining non-compliance, and managing the compliance of outstanding employer returns.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

- Previous experience within a compliance based role within a regulatory environment
- An understanding of legislation, procedures and the way in which guidelines are interpreted and applied, with the ability to quickly learn the requirements of the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1987
- Ability to undertake large volumes of transactional work with excellent record keeping practices
- Resilient and persistent attitude to proactively follow up with stakeholders on a regular schedule
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and experience in using a CRM or navigating between complex systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine interest in building meaningful relationships
