The role

Ready to join a team where compliance is about collaboration and guidance? As our Seniro Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring external entities meet all regulatory requirements with a professional approach.

Your role involves engaging with high-risk services and providing guidance to Compliance Officers to support capability development and consistent practice. The Senior Compliance Officer will lead and coordinate complex service visits, prepare correspondence for Executives and Management, and assist Team Leaders with the delivery of strategic initiatives. As an Authorised Officer under the National Law, you will play a key role in upholding and enforcing standards, providing guidance and education to help external organisations stay on track.
