UX Researcher

About the team and role:
The UX Researcher contributes significantly to the teams' understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. They own and execute part of the UX research strategy for a business or product line. They use observation techniques, interviews, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies and ensure our products are regularly tested with users.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree with two years previous experience within a research/customer discovery position is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement with strong business acumen.
- Ability to build rapport through client relationship development using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative and able to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and within an agile team environment.
