The Rehabilitation Program Section (RPS) is responsible for the program, provider, and project management of DVA's Rehabilitation Program and the program management aspect of Household Services & Attendant Care (HHS&AC).

Program management includes, but is not limited to, program reporting requirements, contract management, program support activities and program enhancement activities. The role is expected to assist in the national program delivery of the HHS & AC program and contribute to the design and delivery of a new future service model.

**Duties**
- Assisting in the national program delivery of the HHS & AC program
- Undertaking data gathering and analysis work
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the design and delivery of a new service model for HHS & AC
- Assisting in the investigation of contracting opportunities in HHS & AC
- Contributing to the management and creation of procedural support documents (as required)
- Providing input to and drafting Ministerial briefs and Requests for Information as required
- Investigating complaints and where required instigate remedial action
- Undertaking additional duties as directed

**Notes**

A merit pool will be established that may be used to fill similar positions (ongoing and non-ongoing) within the next 18 months.
