**About the Role**
The Sales team is looking for a Sales Support Officer on a six (6) month contract to contribute towards the growth of the broker and aggregator relationships within the mortgage broker industry through providing support to the Sales Team. There is potential for this role to become permanent following the six month period.

The Sales Support team is an integral part of the Pepper team and a vital role in the continued growth of Pepper.

The Sales Support Officer will be required to:

- Provide an exemplary level of service to both internal and external customers
- Comply with our responsible lending regulatory requirements
- Ensure that efficient, speedy support is provided to our sales team to achieve success

**About You**
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- A certificate IV in Finance and Broker Management
- At least 12 months experience as a Sales Support Officer or similar role
- Proven exceptional Customer Service and organisational skills
