**Your Opportunity**

This Optical Sales Representative role sits within our Wholesale team representing brands Burberry and Polo Ralph Lauren. You will manage our Independent Accounts across New South Wales, ensuring the Premium Fashion brands are best represented in the retail marketplace.

Your commitment to drive sales and engage with your accounts will be vital in managing and servicing this portfolio. You will report results directly to the National Sales Manager.

You will showcase your ability to grow the Premium Fashion footprint by developing strong relationships and seeking out new account opportunities.

**Requirements for Success**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key optical and sun speciality retailers across the NSW region
- Delivering sales targets, sales strategies, and ongoing growth for Burberry & Polo Ralph Lauren to ensure key performance indicators are meet
- Sourcing, opening, and closing accounts through all suitable avenues to develop our Premium Fashion business
- Conducting regular product training sessions with your accounts to present new and current collections
- Working with our Brand Team to identify and execute training events which ensures customer brand, product & sales knowledge supports brand positioning of your portfolio
- Ensuring all instore brand marketing is maintained to a high standard and aligns with brand guidelines

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience managing accounts or servicing customers in the optical industry
- Proven record of success in achieving sales targets in a wholesale or retail environment
- Proven ability to develop strong sell-in strategies to meet market demands
- Strong negotiating and relationship building capabilities to maintain existing accounts and prospect new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A real 'go-getter', super proactive with fresh energy and a passion for success
- Current driver’s license and car to service all NSW metro and regional areas
