**About the role**:
Based in Newcastle, and reporting to the Fulfilment Systems & Development Manager the Fulfilment Systems Analyst is a key member of the Fulfilment Systems team and is instrumental in delivering value to the business through the development, support, and control of key Fulfilment systems and processes in the integrated SAP S4 HANA environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand the system landscape, develop and document procedures, and provide business support to users in the execution of their BAU activities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value through the effective implementation, execution, and support of integrated processes, aligned with system capabilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes that contribute the goal of repeatably and reliably delivering the perfect order to Customers
- Support the development and project cycle through workshop contribution, testing, end user training, and implementation support
- Ongoing maintenance of business systems and processes to continuously improve performance measures
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline (Business, Logistics, Engineering)
- Demonstrated record of achieving results in a systems oriented BAU environment
- Strong business acumen complimented by problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer focused (internal and external), and taking ownership of issues through to resolution
- Working knowledge of Power BI, MS Visio, 365 Suite, and other systems / platforms
- Exposure to SAP S4 HANA SD, EWM, and TM modules and implementations highly regarded
Occasional domestic travel may be required dependent on the business needs.
