Endeavour Group are looking for enthusiastic customer focussed folk that want a new challenge. We’re looking for Service Desk Specialists to join our IT team. **No IT experience required**

Reporting to the Team Experience Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Specialist to be part of a growing team delivering an exceptional IT service experience to the whole of Endeavour Group.

You need to know your way around a computer, but we don't expect you to be an ‘expert’ from day one. We can train you in the IT stuff - you need the desire and ability to learn new skills quickly, and to relate to people across the business. **This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.**

- A clear focus on delivering to a quality standard
- A few years IT / Customer Service experience
- IT Qualifications desirable but not essential
- ITIL 4 certified desirable but not essential
- ServiceNow experience desirable but not essential
- Hospitality experience HIGHLY DESIRED
- Delivering exceptional front-line customer service
- Accurately recording the details of all Incident / Service Requests
- Proactively taking ownership of issues, and being accountable for your work
- Delivering a consistently high quality service in line with agreed Endeavour SLA’s
- Ensuring that relevant operational procedures are followed, correct priorities are assigned to all requests and agreed service levels are consistently met
- Following service desk operational processes including triaging, communicating with customers, creating knowledge articles and analytical reporting
- Identifying and communicating emerging risks and potential mitigations.
- Providing initial end user support when appropriate, and escalating issues to specialist teams promptly when unable to resolve issues
- Registering and curating knowledge created during incident resolution or service delivery to facilitate effectiveness of service desk operations and improve end user experience.
