Overview:
**The Opportunity**:
As IT Service Desk Specialist, you will report to the Vice President of End User Support to provide in-depth desktop support to the Company and its employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex PC and network problems. You will act as a resource and first point of escalation to IT Service Desk Associates.

**The Day-to-Day**:

- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to end-users (onsite and remote) in an efficient and effective manner
- Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of end-user software and hardware
- Racking, installation and maintenance of data center hardware
- Establish network connectivity as well as hardware and software configuration
- Support A/V Equipment
- Track, resolve, and escalate all incidents and requests in ServiceNow appropriately
- Execute physical end-user inter
- and intra
- office relocation services
- Responsible for software pushes and desktop imaging, as appropriate
- Help develop and improve the Service Desk's efficiency and customer service rating
- Order equipment and services for employee business usage

**Your Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in IT and Infrastructure and Operations
- A+ Certification preferred
- Expertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Familiarity with Data Centres and IDFs
- Demonstrated success in decision-making/troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to answer telephone and respond accurately and courteously to inquiries, and work through requests of end-users
- Bachelor's degree, technical certifications or combination of education and hands-on experience required
