**About the Role**
We are looking to appoint a driven and motivated **Service Coordinator** on a **permanent and full-time basis** on a 15 on/13 off roster in **Roma**. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play an important role within the branch to deliver service coordination and administration support. This is a busy and varied role offering scope for learning and development to progress your career. Key accountabilities of this role are
- Schedule and conduct all return to site meetings/toolbox talks and distribute minutes accordingly and ensure all work packs required for upcoming planned and unplanned services are printed and up to date.
- Responsible for QA/QC and HSSE on all in-field services including timely completion of all related documentation pertaining to agreed scopes with the client
- Responsible for management of all vehicles, tooling and training as required to conduct all in-field services
- Responsible for the in-field labour schedule and assigning job numbers to ensure personnel are available and scheduled to perform required in-field servicing and conduct adjustments as required for planned and breakdown works
- Attend monthly contract meetings with Branch Manager
- Provide updates to Rolling Parts & Job Tracking Register as information becomes available
- Reviewing and approving technician’s Daily timesheets and assisting the Administrator for submission
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (desirable)
- SAP experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- A positive team focused attitude with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated high regard for safety
