Projects Company looking for a service coordinator to join their office in the Eastern Suburbs

**Your new company**
This projects company has been servicing the metropolitan area of Sydney for over 15 years. We deliver a diverse range of services across NSW working with building owners, asset managers, tenant representatives, leasing agents and architectural design firms. With our team of specialised trades people, we are ready to assist clients with makes goods, office fit outs, building refurbishments, right through to general maintenance works.

**Your new role**
As the new Service Coordinator, your new position will include duties such as:

- Manage and maintain the different systems by capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the various clients.
- Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved
- Prepare and review all invoices before issuing them to the manager for approval.
- Respond to the reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
- Manage the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs & client expectations

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working with Maintenance Management and Facilities Support. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.

**What you'll get in return**
- Mon-Fri | Office Hours
- $70k - $90k + Super (If Permanent)
