The RAA is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Inspection Services Administration Consultant to join our Road Service Delivery team. As the first point of contact for Vehicle Inspection Services this role will see you working within our busy reception area at Mile End.

You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of vehicle inspections, coordinating with inspectors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your role will involve managing inspection schedules, processing inspection reports, and maintaining accurate records. Key to success in this role will be your ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience together with:

- Managing bookings via phone and in person
- Ordering of stock as required
- Preparation and processing of invoices
- Receive, receipt, balance, maintain and reconcile cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Plus more

**This is a Part Time job share role that will require you to work the following shifts**:

**About you**

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great attention to detail
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Ability to use a multi-line telephony system
- Competency in booking systems, resource allocation, payment taking and receipting
- Proficient with windows-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams
- Above average knowledge of Adelaide Metropolitan area
