**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide organisational and operational support to the Business Development Team (BD). In this role you will actively work with the BD team to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, action BD requests and assist with general administrative duties. This role will suit a person who is highly skilled in administrative duties and thrives working in a dynamic work environment.

**The role**:

- Develop an awareness of key clients and day to day service issues which impinge upon, or require action by members of the Business Development Team;
- Support, planning and coordination for Clinpath educational and corporate meetings;
- Manage and direct Dr Enquiries to the appropriate Business Development staff member;
- General troubleshooting with internal stakeholders;
- Preparation and distribution of Dr Pads;
- Management of collection centre closures or staffing issues;
- Monitoring the BD inbox and actioning items as required;
- Consultation with Business Development & Collection team members as required;
- Day to day operational support for BD team members;
- Preparation of marketing collateral to support BD liaisons in the field;
- Participation in new business initiatives which involve both the Business Development;
- Continually identifying and assisting to implement improvements and efficiencies between departments; and
- Assisting with Riskman follow up.

**Applicants should possess the following**:

- Previous management or administrative experience or qualification;
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service;
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Advanced computing skills (Microsoft products);
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and Clinpath ‘Our Values'; and
- Evidence of COVID 19 vaccination (including booster).
