NES Fircroft has partnered with a large Oil & Gas operator who are currently seeking a
**Survey Operations Coordinator **to join their team to provide specialist advice and support for their ongoing Oil & Gas field surveys in Regional Queensland. This role is on a contract basis with the initial scope of 12-18 months.

**Job Requirements & Specifics**:

- The **Survey Operations Coordinator** will primarily focus on prioritisation and coordination of scopes of work and survey execution including logístical planning in line with business requirements.
- Manage processes and procedures related to surveys to ensure consistency in deliverables interfacing with multiple stakeholders; Environment, Social Performance, Land Management, HSE, Indigenous Relations and Engineering teams.
- Supporting delivery and monitoring framework for adaptive land management measures and engage with wider Geomatics teams
- Act as a Survey Crew Lead for survey scope if needed, leading execution of field surveys and supervise site safety

**About You**:

- A Degree(s) or equivalent in a relevant geospatial science or project management.
- Experience in project management and scheduling including management of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven operational experience and knowledge of industry safety and environment risks.
- Experience working with engineering, environment or cultural heritage data would be advantageous
- Relentless drive for simplification and improvement.
