**Position**:
The position of Operations/Sales Coordinator is now available. In this role, you will carry out the below:

- Oversee the purchase orders of the mining division
- Ensure sales/orders are correct within the CRM
- liaise with managers to ensure they have a smooth working trip, ensuring stock is delivered on time for their arrival
- Manage the stock holdings and inventory levels
- Holding the team accountable for the return of hire and loan equipment

- Experience in processing sales orders within an ERP OR Inventory management experience
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to develop efficient practices and processes
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills

You must have very strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
