WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**About the Team**

The LAND 400 Phase 2 Services Team, located in Redbank, is currently phase-in the support contract and sustainment operations. The S&Q Officer, as a customer facing role and working with all service operational functional groups, will be central to processing quotes, tracking status of purchase orders, and reporting on outcomes. The team is growing in the coming years, including the S&Q team.

**About the Role**

The S&Q Officer is responsible for the coordination and the day to day actioning of Survey & Quotes for the LAND 400 Phase 2 Support Services with the Commonwealth of Australia reporting to the L400-2 Service Delivery Manager. This role will be integral part of the LAND 400-2 Service Delivery and Performance team. Additional duties will include the support of the execution of Contract Change Proposals, assist in the coordination between warehousing and parts teams, and generating performance reports as required.

As S&Q Officer, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Develop, coordinate and administer all L400-2 Support Services Survey & Quotes and ensure RDA’s compliance with relevant requirements under the contract;
- Actively track, coordinate and report on all required approvals and notifications pursuant to contract administration procedures and company practices;
- Review, track and coordinate written correspondence to and from the customer in a timely manner;
- Assist the identification, preparation and negotiation of Survey and Quote in accordance with requirements and obligations of the Prime Contract;
- Liaise with and provide Survey and Quote progress reports to Support Service Project Managers;
- Assist the Senior Service Delivery and Performance Manager with the drafting and execution of Contract Change Proposals/amendments, and other agreements related to the contract;
- Assist the continuous improvement of Survey and Quote processes and procedures as they related to L400-2; and
- Maintain the Survey and Quote register and ensure that all relevant the Survey and Quote documentation is available on SharePoint at all times.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Experience in contracts management and administration, preferably in relation to Australian Government major acquisition and/or delivery projects;
- Experience with ASDEFCON suite of contract templates;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint;
- Demonstrated high level of personal motivation;
- Experience collaborating within of a multi-discipline/matrixed global organisation; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
