**About us**

The Portable Long Service Authority (the Authority) is a self-funded statutory body established to administer the Long Service Benefits Portability Act 2018. The Act, together with the Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations 2020 provide a Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme. The Authority plays an important role in allowing workers in the community services, contract cleaning and security industries to build up long service benefits based on time in their industry rather than with a single employer. **About the role**

The Manager Employer Regulation will lead the employer regulation team to support the Authority's regulatory approach of ensuring all employers fully comply with their legislative obligations under the _Long Service Benefits Portability Act _(the Act) and related regulations, in particular regarding workers who are covered by the Scheme. The Manager Employer Regulation will also deliver a proactive audit program to ensure that employers are registering their full covered workforce and recording their workers' full-service credits to identify and advance instances of non-compliance for regulatory action.

**About you**

You will have well honed knowledge and skills in designing and implementing regulatory frameworks and processes and communicating with a range of stakeholders with differing perspectives to develop strategic resolutions and decisions to achieve objectives.

You will also have a strong ability to lead a high performing team, developing skills and managing employee performance.
