The Brand Partnerships Executive is primarily responsible for the end to end management of commercial partnerships on the Mamamia network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of branded content within Social, Podcast, Written and Video while ensuring we deliver on client marketing objectives to deliver engaging content for our Mamamia audience.
The Brand Partnerships Executive will manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the post sales stage to execute, monitor and optimise branded content campaigns for commercial partners with a focus to grow and retain clients.
**About the role**
- Work with content creators to develop branded content for social, podcast, video, written, comps and sampling and events
- Manage client and agency relationships
- Effectively plan Critical Paths to ensure internal lead times and live dates are met
- Optimise branded content where required
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients and agency
- Share meaningful insights, learnings and reports with clients and agencies
- Act as the conduit between sales and editorial to deliver engaging branded content while achieving our clients' marketing objectives.
- Manage campaign integration production budgets
- Work with Commercial Events Producer on partnerships that include branded events
- Dip your toe in Social Caption writing/Podcast script writing if you wish
**About You**
- 1-2 years experience in digital media industry (preferred)
- Experience in managing a project from end to end
- Tertiary qualifications in Media, Marketing or Communications preferred
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure
- Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
- Goal oriented and solution focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
- Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working autonomously
- Works collaboratively, takes initiative and is proactive within their role
