Mamamia are seeking a Branded Content Executive to act as the connection between Mamamia's commercial & editorial teams, assisting in delivering best-in-market branded content that's equally effective for Mamamia & our brand partners.
The Branded Content Executive is responsible for devising commercial brief-winning ideas, and for delivering content that achieves both audience engagement and brand goals. Your deepest expertise - from ideation to delivery - is in commercial written and commercial social (use of owned social), consistent with Mamamia's tone and values.
As a member of the Brand Partnerships team you will work closely on day-to-day projects, primarily be working on mid to high value clients and report directly into the Branded Content Manager.
The Branded Content Executive will be developing best in class ideas and integration opportunities that will assist in delivering successful and high performing branded content for Mamamia brand partners.
**About the role**:
- Develop and deliver branded content ideas
- Ideate and deliver effective branded content campaigns across social, website, and support with integration of video, competitions and product trial/review panels
- Edit, commission and write branded content that delivers results
- Assist in devising creative ideas for social in collaboration with Branded Content Manager and Social team
- Assist with scoping branded social and written/digital storytelling concepts to ensure they can be delivered on time and on budget.
- Assist with overseeing campaign execution (in collaboration with Branded Content Manager and Brand Partnerships team).
**About you**
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role (Editorial and/or Commercial experience preferably)
- Experience working in a branded content agency/ direct client highly regarded
- Strong copywriting and editorial capabilities
- Experience in the use of and navigation of key social media platforms, for example: Facebook and Instagram (priority), Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube.
- Strong understanding of the role and purpose of content campaigns across a variety of client categories
- Strong understanding of strategic planning of content across all social media platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO experience
- Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
- A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
