We are seeking an experienced **Marketing Manager - Brand and Partnerships** to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future.

The **main objective of this role** is to be instrumental in managing strategic partnerships and sponsorships to propel business success. You will work closely with global and local marketing teams to design, develop, and execute impactful brand and partner campaigns and initiatives. This position ensures a consistent brand experience by overseeing marketing campaigns that strengthen our connection to business and community, engage diverse audiences, and increase brand awareness. Additionally, you will ensure all activities adhere to our brand guidelines. As a leader, you will mentor and support a small team, fostering their growth and development.

As a key player in our marketing team, you will bring your expertise to the forefront by excelling in the following areas:

- Industry Expertise: Leverage your proven experience as a Brand and Partnership Manager in a related industry or with a nationally recognised brand
- Leadership Excellence: Be a collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve strategic marketing and brand goals
- Relationship Building: Excel at developing meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Communication Mastery: Utilise excellent presentation skills and well-developed written and verbal communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectively
- Tailored Messaging: Craft customised messaging for diverse audiences and product solutions with precision
- Event Management: Lead the planning and management of events and conferences to enhance brand presence and engagement

**Essential to this role** are strong interpersonal skills, along with a dedication to providing a positive experience for all stakeholders. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar position, with a background in the Insurance or Financial Services industry being advantageous, plus:

- Strategic Planning: Support annual plan development, budgeting, and setting objectives

- Messaging & Narrative: Craft and maintain consistent messaging across all lines

- Project & Stakeholder Management: Ensure timely campaign execution with partners
- Commercial Focus: Excel in a commercially driven environment, managing projects end-to-end
- Project Management: Prioritise tasks, set timelines, and track progress
