**About our Opportunity**
This highly autonomous leadership role will suit a professional sales and/or retail manager who has a successful track record in leading sales teams to achieve profitable sales and grow the overall market share for their current business.
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate a history of sales growth through driving margin improvement, winning new high margin business and providing exceptional customer service to our current customers. In addition, you will be required to develop, grow and retain your team as the business continues to expand and develop new product categories and markets.
**More specifically, your responsibilities will include**:

- Effectively leading, developing and retaining your existing team members
- Driving and delivering increases in digital trading via customer portals
- Delivering excellence in customer service and maximising commercial outcomes
- Maximising wallet spend for all existing PaperPak Accounts
- Growing margins for all accounts
- Targeting, developing and winning new business to exceed budgets
- Identifying market opportunities and areas of product development
- Working effectively with key internal stakeholders

**About You**
**As the successful applicant, you will**:

- Have experience engaging, developing and retaining a high performing team or the ability to take the next step in your career and assume a leadership role
- Possess sound commercial acumen and have a proven track record facilitating strong long-term commercial outcomes
- Have excellent sales and/or retail experience
- Possess sound analytical ability, ideally with previous experience forecasting and managing stock
- Be a strategic thinker who can plan and implement a targeted approach for maximizing sales
- Have a collaborative approach and the ability to form strong partnerships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have resilience and determination, with high levels of personal accountability and integrity
- Be detail orientated and highly organised
- Work with autonomy to ensure a healthy work / life balance
