Reporting directly to the Vice President Australian Operations, the Regional Manager, Business Planning and Analysis is responsible for the analysis of new and existing production and operational opportunities, facilitating ongoing business improvement strategies, financial analysis for major projects and risk mitigation initiatives. As a key member of the senior management team for the Australian mineral processing operations, you will have oversight for feed and sale performance optimisation, whilst exploring M&A business development opportunities.

Being a highly experienced commercial leader, with a strong background in FP&A, you will have experience working in complex or commodities-based businesses undergoing transformation. With relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, chemical engineering, or metallurgy with progression into commercial corporate role, it is essential that you have industry experience related to heavy industry, mining, minerals processing, refining, manufacturing or similar. Superior financial and data analysis skills, coupled with implementing efficiencies, driving change and continuous improvements is critical, with proven success in delivering outcomes and strategic insight on major projects and M&A activities.
