To help achieve the strategic growth plan an exciting new position is on offer for an experienced, client focussed, and enthusiastic person with a passion for patient care and health to join the team as Medical Clinic Representative to promote the complete service offering to General Practitioners and Medical Centres.

As the Medical Clinic Representative, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between referring General Practitioners and the hospital group, ensuring patient referrals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for General Practitioners referring patients for Endoscopy procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns
- Provide information about our Day Hospital’s services, facilities, and medical staff to referring doctors
- Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient referrals, ensuring all necessary information is communicated accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient journey from referral to procedure and post-procedure care
- Attend medical events and networking opportunities to Promote the Hospital Groups services and strengthen partnerships.
- Stay updated with medical advancements and industry trends to provide informed insights to General Practitioners

**Requirements of the role**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Endoscopy procedures and related medical terminology
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.
- Current Driver’s license and vehicle
- Previous General Practice/ Medical Clinic representative experience preferable
- Suitable for a person living in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
