**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be the vital link between customer’s feedback and the operations of the company and will be adding significant value through;
- Acting as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries involving warranty and priority orders
- Providing accurate and transparent feedback to customers on their order’s status
- Working closely with the production manager to keep the production spreadsheet up to date
- Assisting the production team with administrative tasks such as order entry, returns, and stock updates
- Proactively identifying potential issues that will impact your customers and act swiftly on resolutions
- Gathering customer feedback and communicating to the wider team on potential solutions
- Ultimately providing a brilliant customer experience each and every time
