This is a unique opportunity to join our high performing Centralised Energy Services (CES) group as a Solution Sales Manager for embedded networks in the NSW area. The CES group is an innovative and fast-growing business unit of Origin Retail responsible for the delivery of hot water, embedded electricity and other utility-based solutions into high-density residential and commercial buildings. You’ll be responsible for proactively establishing your own portfolio, managing business development, sales and new product development.

This is your opportunity to leverage off Origin’s established business reputation and lead the continued growth in NSW, alongside a close-knit and collaborative team.

**Your responsibilities will include;**
- Identifying new opportunities in high-density residential building markets through development of relationships with developers, builders and other industry participants
- Prospect for and secure clients, quoting, leveraging existing relationships to maximise scope of sales
- Ensure and nurture the ongoing management of relationships with customers, clients, channel agents and suppliers throughout the project and sales life cycle
- Develop the technical design in conjunction with Origin suppliers and prepare commercial proposals for each project
- Complete project financial analysis and compile sales contracts while obtaining the relevant delegate approval

You’ll need to be driven, energetic and entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to be self-motivated and build successful relationships. Your tenacity, resilience and persistence will be evident in both your work ethic and sales approach.

Previous experience in the following areas would be advantageous.
- Selling a diverse range of solutions to residential, commercial, or retail customers
- Previous success in the sale of energy/utility-based products into the high-rise development market
- Dealing with Strata Companies and the maintaining of Strata relationships
- Demonstrated competence in preparing and presenting customer proposals/customer agreements
- Experience conducting commercial negotiations (informal & formal) and managing business processes and relationships across the life cycle of initiatives
- Proven ability to identify, introduce and grow new business opportunities.
