**Your opportunity**:
This role offers an exciting chance to lead and build a sales organisation tailored to a mobile-first enterprise. It’s an opportunity to shape team culture, innovate within the enterprise mobility space, and drive growth through IoT and private LTE solutions, positioning the company as a market leader in mobile-oriented business transformation.
**You'll make impact by**:
- Driving performance and achieve growth targets within defined market sectors.
- Identifying and capitalising on new growth opportunities, including expansion into emerging industries and enhancements to existing product capabilities.
- Being accountable for customer retention and growth through ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Acting as a commercially focused leader with a strong understanding of key product metrics, market insights, and industry trends.
- Representing TPG Telecom as a thought leader and advocate in the IoT and MPN industry, building the company's reputation and influence.
- Leveraging a robust network of executive relationships to stimulate high-value deals and partnerships.
- Identifying, nurturing, and growing talent within the sales team to build future leaders.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture that aligns with organisational goals.
- Analysing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitoring sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing sales and technical teams.
- Strong background in fostering collaborative and results-driven team cultures.
- Experience in using a “Customer Outcomes” type approach, utilising TPG’s product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors
- The ability to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible and responsive service provider
- The ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities
- The ability to solution sell and understand full product suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of sales strategies when selling into TPG market sectors
- Strong understanding of TPG’s business and the competitive marketplace around us
