**What you’ll achieve**:
The Solutions Consultant will work with the Outseer Sales team to deliver online and in person product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and other pre-sales activities to support the sales process. This position acts as the trusted technical advisor when engaging with customers, prospects, and partners. The primary focus is to influence potential customers of Outseer’s technical superiority and value, while collaborating and supporting Outseer’s sales team in their efforts to champion and sell Outseer products.

**You will**:

- Build relationships within the account to become a trusted technical advisor
- Use your experience to assess customer needs
- Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ technical priorities, challenges and initiatives and map those needs to Outseer products and services
- Build tailored demos for addressing specific customer needs and requirements.
- Learn the product inside out to be able and consult your customers to get the maximum value out of it.
- Develop relationships with the extended account team, partners, and customers in support of sales objectives. Engage and leverage corporate resources and personnel as appropriate. Strategize and execute technical sales calls.

**Essential Requirements**
- Several years hands-on Sales Engineering background within a security / fraud vendor sales organization.
- A Consultant mindset. Use product to solve the problem, rather than sell the product.
- Experience with information security solutions and/or payment/fraud management solutions is essential.
- A strong knowledge of the internet security market threats including phishing, malware, social engineering, account takeover, consumer fraud is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with customer business and technical decision makers.
- Ability to manage several complex customer requirements and situations, navigate long sales cycles and efficiently handle internal and external objections.
- Ability to be an effective customer advocate to Product Management and other internal resources.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication sills.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Deliver pre-sales training.
- Demonstrated capability to handle Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability for up to 50% Travel.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years working in technical pre-sales capacity.
- Must be comfortable describing technical software solutions to various business groups within an organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment.
- Be passionate about what you do.
- Possess an analytical skill set, strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with technical levels in the organization.
- A strong knowledge of financial Fraud Management and Fraud Detection solution is an advantage.
