We’re currently on the lookout for a National Inventory Manager.
**Key focus & responsibilities**
- In this pivotal role, you will manage our inventory activity throughout the business. Using your experience and influencing skills to achieve KPI’s through the inventory and purchasing team nationally. You will identify solutions to ensure continuity of supply while balancing the need to mitigate supply risks.
- Maintaining inventory continuity of supply within company targets to achieve DIFOTIS levels and Days of Inventory nationally
- Managing the tactical relationship with our main supplier, Bluescope
- Drive inventory strategy, set and manage national inventory policies.
- Oversee and manage import product process and purchases and supplier relationships
- Ensure data integrity and process adherence throughout the inventory and purchasing chain
- Organise and co-ordinate annual national stocktake across all sites simultaneously
- Oversee and coach national cycle counting process driving process improvement towards agreed KPI levels
- Complete Weekly / Monthly KPI reporting as required
- Mange product introductions and deletions
- Drive SLOB stock reduction activities
