**The Role**

The successful applicant will be working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. We encourage a great work life balance, as weekend work will not be required. There are also exceptional staff benefits and discounts offered.

This position will assist the Inventory Manager with the purchasing and control of Inventory by:

- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping, including stock levels and locations
- Communicate effectively with Suppliers to source the correct parts to meet Workshop repair priorities, ie -vehicles off road
- Arrange transfer, dispatch and delivery of inventory as required to meet repair priorities
- Raise and monitor purchase orders for supply and replenishment of Inventory
- Receipt and issue stock in accordance with procedures
- Co-ordinate workshop stocktake preparations and participate in stocktakes
- Assist Inventory manager with monitoring warehouse Key Performance Indictors such as value of stock on hand, negative stock and open purchase orders

- Spare Parts / Store experience
- Experience in heavy commercial parts (preferable not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills (Intermediate)
- Able to follow procedural guidelines
- Flexible / Adaptable approach
- High attention to detail
- Proven Customer Service Skills

**How to Apply**

Pay: $32.32 - $37.58 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

- Spare parts: 5 years (required)
