**Qualifications** What you'll do**:
- Make outbound calls through warm & cold leads, booking customers in for free hearing tests at Amplifon hearing specialists
- Ask open questions and build rapport to understand customer's needs
- Provide information and insight about hearing solutions to customers
- Promote Amplifon’s suite of products and services

- Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up
- ** Availability to work a rotating roster between Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm. Working a minimum of 22.8 hours per week**_ _**_(Rosters are open to flexibility)_
