To provide further support and leadership to the Quality Team, the company has decided to bring on an experienced Food Safety Lead.

**The Role**:

- Developing and maintaining the Food Safety Management system.
- Responsible for conducting internal and external audits.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining documents regarding Food Safety including HACCP, Food Defence / Fraud, Allergen Management and Foreign Material Control on site.
- The Development and implementation of systems, procedures, SOPs and training material to achieve Food Safety at site.
- Investigating incidents and conduct a Root cause analysis.
- Working with clients on Food safety and Food improvement.
- Hands-on with customers and clients, nurturing current relationships and developing existing relationships

**Skills and Experience**:
This person will be leading a team, so it will be important to have leadership experience and have the ability of implementing a structure for success.

This person must have experience in a fast paced environment, with experience working a Quality position in FMCG.
