Delivering great care never gets old at BlueCross. We are looking to engage with Service Deliver Team Leader to support our Home and Community Care department and work with our staff and clients across Melbourne.
We have a full-time opportunity available to manage our North West team of Personal Carers. You will be well supported in the role, by a progressive leadership team, where your long-term career ambitions will be nurtured.

**What We do in Homecare**
Homecare is responsible to deliver high-quality services to older people who prefer to stay in their own private homes. The focus is to deliver services that effectively meet individual client's needs while promoting functional independence, wellness and lifestyles choices.
**Are you ready to join our team?**
The Service Delivery Team Leader works in partnership with our personal care staff. You will coach, mentor and lead a large team of care workers to provide outstanding care to our clients across the North West of Melbourne.
**Must have qualifications -**
- **Certificate 4 in relevant industry Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent**:
- **Certificate 4 in Leadership and Management or equivalent or demonstrated experience**
**Must have skills and experience -**
- **Proven experience in leading, developing and supporting a health care workforce within the Home Care sector**:
- **Experience as a Team Leader and ability to manage a large scale field team (minimum 2 years)**:
- **Experience in coaching and performance management practises**:
- **Excellent customer service skills**:
- **Experience in recruitment and training of staff**:
- **Excellent communication skills both written and verbal**:
- **Exceptional time management skills**:
- **Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards**:
- **Current Drivers Licence (mandatory)**
**Desirable skills -**
- **CareLink+ experience**:
- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent**
