**About the role**
Leading the organisation while working closely with the managing director and key staff. You will build a foundation for excellence, passionately engaging all stakeholders in strategic objectives while transitioning the business away from being overly reliant on the managing director (who agrees the time is right).

**Duties**
- Strategic leadership - working with the company directors, developing long and short term business plans
