**Your new role....**

The Logistics’ team form a core function of our Business, responsible for transportation, warehousing, and inventory management of CCEP iconic range of beverages. Within Australia - the Logistics function along with the Planning, Manufacturing, QESH, Equipment & Service, Operational Excellence and Engineering & Technology teams, form part of the CCEP Australia Supply Chain. Logistics are known as the team that organizes and manages the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from manufacturing through to our customers. In order to achieve this goal, logistics must take into account various factors such as transportation management, inventory management, material handling, packaging, order processing, and customer service.

Through partnership agreements with external suppliers, CCEP Logistics team provides an agile platform to enable activation and service of CCEP core focus creating value for customers and consumers.

**What will you be doing ?**

The role of the DC Manager is to support CCEP Retail, route, and regional despatch, inbound receivals, internal storage and customer service in a safe and efficient manner. This role will be responsible for the day to day running of the distribution centre and implementing strategic continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and evaluate warehouse activities to achieve operational budgets and control associated indirect costs.
- Ensure key performance indicators which measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations are achieved
- Develop and execute Continuous Improvement projects
- Customer Service (Internal & External) - DIFOT, returns, truck turnaround time, NCRs
- Perform process enhancements to deliver safety, customer service and costs targets
- Develop labour optimisation initiatives

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading people and or teams.
- Experience generating solutions and initiatives to ensure continuous service performance
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- IT experience - Excel / Word / WMS / SAP
