**About the Opportunity**

We are looking to the future and are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our team at our Richlands Branch.

As the Account Manager, you will service existing customers and actively generate new business to achieve sales and profit targets.

You will be joining a successful, supportive and experienced team, that provides a conducive environment for professional growth, collaboration and success.
- Your tasks will include:_
- Servicing customers to both meet current requirements and develop further opportunities.
- Achieving sales and gross profit growth through the generation of leads and new business development.
- Promoting long term business partnerships with key customers by understanding their objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
- Recommending technically competent solutions to customers.
- Preparing and submitting quotes to customers.

**About You**
- A mechanical background with hydraulics knowledge being essential.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Able to read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings.
- Able to interpret part manuals and catalogues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to engage directly with customers and provide innovative solutions.
