We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Manager **to join our team. This position reports to the Trans-Tasman Contract Manager and is responsible for the management/governance and delivery of the hard and soft services for the associated sites in QLD, NSW and NT.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will take full accountability for the delivery of all Downer related activity within the client premises and the coordination/completion of all assigned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks where applicable to ensure all contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications and other contractual requirements are achieved.

**What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience as a facilities manager.
- Experience in operations management.
- Experience dealing with trades and subcontractors or trade background a requirement.
- General OH&S induction to building and Construction Industry.Solid experience in the delivery of contract services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.

More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
