**About the role**
Join our team as a Communications Support Officer and play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Communication and Engagement Unit. We are a dynamic, customer-focused team, dedicated to delivering high-impact, communications across media, digital platforms, and internal communications.
Your role will involve:
- Assisting with administrative processes including our purchase orders, flex sheets and travel arrangements
- Preparing materials such as agendas and presentations
- Coordinating and booking workshops, meetings and other team events

**About you**
- Experience providing excellent administrative support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead
- Experience with SAP and TRIM is a plus, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
