The Accounts Receivable Officer role is pivotal to helping us maintain and deliver our continued growth through our support to our customers. - The day to day duties include:_ - Accurate and timely data entry - Managing the APG receivables inbox - Processing of a high volume of daily transactions - Allocating payments to invoices - Investigate and reconcile debtor accounts. - Telephone collections - Managing a corporate account - Managing relationships with customers and collaborate with key stakeholders within the business. - You will be comfortable working in a high volume of transactions environment and have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and controls, - You will have the ability to liaise with suppliers of varying size and complexity and have a strong customer service focus, - You will have the ability to work in a stand-alone capacity and, as part of the team, prioritise multiple tasks as well as support the finance and administration team, - You will have a high level of attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to deliver a high standard of work within required deadlines, - Previous experience with an ERP system will be deemed highly advantageous, - You will have intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office. **Benefits**: - We want you to be at your best here, and we're focused on helping you do it your way.
