Based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane, APG is looking for an energic and agile Accounts Receivable Officer who will take ownership of the accounts.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is a pivotal member of the finance team, and your scope of responsibility will include;
- Processing of a high volume of daily transactions
- Allocating payments to invoices
- Investigate and reconcile debtor accounts.
- Telephone collections
- Managing a corporate account
- Managing relationships with customers and collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- You will be comfortable working in a high volume of transactions environment and have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and controls,
- You will have the ability to liaise with suppliers of varying size and complexity and have a strong customer service focus,
- You will have the ability to work in a stand-alone capacity and, as part of the team, prioritise multiple tasks as well as support the finance and administration team,
- You will have a high level of attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to deliver a high standard of work within required deadlines,
- Previous experience with an ERP system will be deemed highly advantageous,
- You will have intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
