**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**
WPP is looking for a Team Coordinator based in Sydney.
The role of the Team Coordinator is a diverse and exciting position playing a key role in the shared success of the Talent Acquisition team. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Talent team, you will ensure operational processes and procedures are developed, implemented, and carried out in accordance with the WPP people strategy, relevant policies, and current legislation.
This means that to thrive in the role you've got to be able to run lots of things at once, be able to proactively manage your time and other people's, not be afraid to crack the whip, and be flawless in attention to detail - so nothing (and nobody) falls through the cracks
**REPORTING OF THE ROLE**
This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

**WHAT YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**
- Assist and support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the TA team on a day-to-day basis
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties (scheduling meetings, reporting, and team expenses)
- Assist in the organisation of interviews, and communicating with applicants during the hiring process (when required)
- Build strong and enduring client relationships; be a trusted partner of the agencies across all things People and TA
- Managing any recruitment projects, updating processes, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing, editing, and finalising PowerPoint presentations for the Head of TA
- Assist with the management of invoicing for the TA team, including raising PO's
- Ad hoc talent acquisition tasks as directed by the Head of Talent Acquisition across all operating areas of WPP including special project work as the business requires.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

- Proactive with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approachable to work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds.

- Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
