**The opportunity**
As the National Sales Manager you will lead a team of territory managers to achieve sales targets in identifying and developing business opportunities. You must have a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring others within your team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for our Theatre Equipment portfolio.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture that consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams, ensuring Device Technologies is their preferred partner for theatre equipment.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new business opportunities and market segments, leveraging industry insights and trends to expand our customer base and strengthen our market position.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and product offerings, and to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers.
- **Sales Forecasting & Reporting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market analysis, and regular performance reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Compliance & Ethics**: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

**Experience required**:
- Proven coaching and leadership experience of a successful sales team within the healthcare or medical related industry
- At least 2 years experience in a leadership position
- A collaborative, results-orientated leadership style and approach
- High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare and theatre space
- Strong business acumen, analytical and organisational skills
- Skills in forecasting and sales reporting.
- No travel restrictions
- Current Drivers Licence
