As our team continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our metro head office located on Power Street, Hawthorne.

We are looking for an Advisor to join our passionate, vibrant, and talented People & Culture team who work collaborate and succeed together - We truly are the best team.

**Your role will include**:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across your portfolio
- Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent
- Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with Hiring Managers and all internal stakeholders
- Work alongside a TA team to bring sourcing strategies to life (we want all your great ideas)

**About You**
- Approximately 2-3 years' experience as an Agency/In-House recruiter
- Experience using Recruitment/ HR software
- Experience in sourcing and creation of talent pools
- Think outside the box and come up with strategic plans
- Good verbal, written communication, and high level interpersonal skills.
- Ability work autonomously and within a team
- A passion for process, people and recruitment
